Races in the Heat and Night

Last weekend was the ChelanMan Multisport Events. We had many athletes swimming, biking and running in the beautiful area around Chelan.

Karen D, and Carrie completed the 1/2 ironman,
Cris the olympic distance solo,
Merilyn, Sandra, Nicki and Scott, Sarah, Glenn in the olympic distance team division.

It was hot, but so were the athletes with blazing times while enjoying a great event.

Other races:
Karen W placed third in her division at the Fat Salmon, a 3.2 mile swim race in Lake Washington.
Annemieke and Ericka did the Ragnar - a running relay, about 200 miles through the night from Blaine to Langley
