Fall Races and Beautiful Training Days

We have had the most beautiful fall with crisp, clear days.

The fall racing season has started with Carrie at the NYC Marathon and a few of us at the Lake Washington Half, both last weekend. The Thanksgiving weekend races are coming up too.

Then some of our teammates are traveling in beautiful places. And, of course, how could I forget Halloween workouts at the MAC.

It's Fall Already

You can tell I have had a busy Summer. Can't believe the last time I updated the blog was at the end of May.

The Sunday run/walk group is already half over and races have already started. Congrats to Barb, Becky, Carrie and Cris on the Portland 1/2 marathon today!!

Busy Spring

We've been a busy group this spring with many miles under our belts running, walking and biking. Congrats to the 1/2 marathon (and 5 mile) racers at the Berlin, Snohomish Women's Run, Tacoma and Capitol City.
