Falling Leaves

October is here and even though the weather is changing it has still been warm enough to run in shorts and t-shirts. The tell tale signs of autumn though are the wet roads and sidewalks and the fallen leaves.

 Big race day.

Annemieke ran the Pt  Defiance 50km trail ultra.
Linda A and Nicki ran the Victoria 1/2 Marathon.
Seujan ran the Louisville, CO trail 1/2 marathon.

Congratulations to all.

More races coming up in the next two weeks, check out who is running what at the bottom of the blog.

Mailbox Peak and more

The fabulous Seattle weather continues and another wonderful week for events. Today we hiked the new Mailbox Peak Trail and appreciated all the hard work the workers put into making an amazing trail.

The Leavenworth 1/2 Marathon was also today and Karen and Ann gave it all they had and placed very well in their age groups.

Tomorrow, John, Eileen, Joan and Sherri will be racing the Portland 1/2 Marathon. Go Team.
