Ice bath in Lake Washington. Bike group on Alki and Matthews Beach. Tree climbing in Woodland Park. Running along the stream in Ravenna Park.

No Rain for the Stairs

The rain stopped on the way to Volunteer Park, but the decision was already made. Tower stairs instead of Howe St. Of course we had to take a few photo opportunities along the way.

Running in Fremont

We had quite the sightseeing tour through Fremont on our Tuesday run. A free range chicken, the Troll, the Rocket and the Dinosaurs!

Whidbey 1/2 Marathon

Great time was had by all at the Whidbey 1/2 Marathon. It was a blustery day with the winds during the race between 20 and 24 mph. No rain and a little cool because of the winds, but the route was beautiful and it was fun to see all the eagles and seagulls playing in the wind!

Run, Bike, Stretch and Eat

Races and events underway. 'becca had an awesome time in the Yakima Canyon Marathon, Anita cruised on the trails on the Lake Sammamish 1/2 Marathon and next week is the Whidbey Island 1/2 Marathon with several team members running!
