Pratt Lake and Other Adventures

Yesterday was a wonderful hike to the Pratt Lake basin. Nice views of Ollalie Lake and Pratt Lake from above. Lovely soft trail until the descend to Pratt Lake, many boulder field to cross.

The Ravenna 'hood is still running on Sundays! Can't wait to join you.

Ann and Karen had great races at the Eastside Tri. Ann came in 2nd. Whoo ho.

A group of us went to the Leavenworth area for a long weekend of riding to get ready for RAW! The Ride Around Washington is coming up next week. Phew!

Talalus and Olallie Lakes Hike, Bike Rides and More

Great hike today to Talapus and Olallie Lakes, started out foggy, but soon the sun came out and so did the bugs!

Lots of bike rides happening with the group getting ready for RAW and other fun adventures.

Run groups took us to the garden on the Blaine Street stairs with some beautiful flowers and at Discovery Park with Mt. Rainier in all it's glory.

Strength class is outside for the summer! Yeah even with a 2 minute plank challenge from Deb!
