RAW and Sunrise

Molly, Sandy and Sherri rode about 450 miles in 6 days around Washington State. Sounds like they all had an awesome time.

Day 1 Chehalis
Finish Line Leavenworth

Today we rode up to Sunrise starting in Greenwater (awesome shakes and smoothies). 67 miles and 5300 feet of ascent! Amazing views and warm weather, even at 6600 feet at the top, no jacket needed for the way down. Go Team: Alyson, Ann, Cheryl, Cris, Darlene, Deb F, Karen W, Ken, Marcia, Nancy R, Niki, Sandra and our wonderful sag - Misha!!
What a wonderful way to finish off our 2011 biking season.

New Run/Walk Group starts this weekend

Ready to make a commitment to stay active as we enter into the Autumn season? The new Seattle 1/2 Marathon training Group starts on Sunday. If you are not ready to make the 1/2 commitment, there is a 10 km group that trains at the same time. Write me if you are interested in joining the fun or want more info!

The bike groups are winding down, but we still have some fun rides planned to Arlington and Sunrise! Stay tuned for pictures.

Congratulations to Cris and Therese C for their Danskin Triathlon finishes. Niki, Ann and Darlene had a great Tour de Peaks ride last Sunday.
