Colorful runs

Congratulations to the runners at the Nike Women's 1/2 Marathon in San Francisco on Sunday.

Our workout from Gas Works through Ballard and Green Lake was colorful and fun. Only wish we had was for the fog to clear!

Fall Flowers

Great hike today to Talapus and Olallie Lakes. Sunshine above the fog and great company. Lots of mushrooms (fall flowers), waterfalls, streams, lakes and the last blueberry.

That time of the year again, the Fall racing season has begun.

Congratulations to the Leavenworth 1/2 Marathon finishers:
Annemieke, Carrie, Karen (1st place age group), Ericka, Kris, Rachel and Wendy!!

And in Portland congratulations to:

Anna and Stacey in the Full

Then last weekend:
 Anneke creamed the field with 2nd place overall for women in the Biggest Loser 1/2 Marathon at Gas Works. The route left much to be desired as she had to wiggle her way through walkers and bikers on the Burke.

Nicki had a great race in the Victoria 1/2 Marathon.

Rob placed first in his age group in the Full Spokane Marathon.

Go TEAM!!!

Hey the new logo is done and the shirts are being ordered. Look for an email with the details on how to get one and/or order one. There will be new socks too!! I will also be taking orders for bike jerseys, jackets and vests. If you do not get the email by the end of the week, send me an email.
