Fall Colors are Fabulously Cheerful
Congratulations to Deb and Cheryl (and the family) at the Long Beach 1/2 Marathon and Stacey and Cris at the Portland 1/2 Marathon. The races were on October 8th and everyone did well.
Seattle is alive with colors now and we are enjoying biking and running in the beauty.

Poo Poo Point and Start of the Fall Race Season
We had a fabulous hike at Tiger Mtn up too Poo Poo Point. Mix bag with the weather, perfect temps though. Very little drizzle and the sun even came out at the end. Great northwest forest, many ferns, big trees and huge devils club! New pit toilets at the top - very cool with hand sanitizer too.
