Introducing Our New Mascot

Introducing our new team mascot - Shirley. She spent the week meeting some of the team members at various workouts and events. We had a fun time at the Super Jock N Jill evening, harassing Ty and eating good food. We needed that sustenance after a cold, but strenuous circuit training.

Our long run/walk was at beautiful Alki. Sun, blue skies and a great workout made for a spectacular day. Check out the fish some bird dropped, a running selfie and other fun happenings at the beach.
