HAPPY NEW YEAR

All the best to everyone for a fit, healthy and fun 2017

Even though I haven't been blogging in a while, the team has been busy. Over 70 members participated in the 30 Days of Fitness, which turned into the 38 Day of Fitness. The groups have been going strong, we stayed fit through the holidays, hiking, spinning, strength training, running and walking.
