HAPPY NEW YEAR

Now that the holiday season is over, time to get back into your fitness routine. Choose some goals,  get some buddies along for the fun and start training.  If you need some ideas for races and events, have a look to the right sidebar with links for races and organizations.

At the bottom of the blog is a list of races some of our team have already signed up for. If you need a biking goal, Cris is looking for riding pals to do RAW with (Ride Around Washington - Cascade Bike Club ride).

Coming up is the start of the new session of the Sunday morning run/walk group, training for 10km and 1/2 marathon distances. Send an email for more info.
