Keep on Moving

This winter has been relatively dry and not too cold, except for this short spell now, but pretty much perfect weather to be outside. Of course, with the correct clothing and accessories! That is one thing we all know about, how to dress for northwest weather.

Not that we lack motivation, but the local wildlife and landscapes get us out there. Check out the bald eagle picture from Magnuson Park, the "frozen" pond at the Arboretum and the fog on Lake Washington Blvd. Oh and how could I forget the runners visiting the Hobbit House on the Burke Gilman Trail.

The Sunday full and 1/2 marathoners, as well as the 10km folks are all glad to be out there and back at it again. The weather has also been optimal for some early season bike rides gearing up for STP and other fun rides. Whatever you like to do, keep on moving.
