Wowser Weekend

We've been a busy Team the last couple of weeks. In addition to the list in the last post, here's what we've done:

Karen W swam 3 miles at Fat Salmon - wow!
Nancy, Deb and Cheryl - Seattle Day and Night Street Scramble, 3 hour - 1st Place Veteran Women - wow!
Niki and Darlene had a great time at the Seattle Century bike ride - 100 miles no problem - wow!
Gale, Merilyn and Cheryl rode 86 miles in 88 degree weather in Spokane at the 8 Lakes Leg Aches bike ride - wow!
Molly finished her ride across the country finishing in Washington DC - wow!
David finished his first trail 1/2 marathon in Bend - wow!
 Ann, Carrie, Cris, Karen D and Seujan did awesome in the Troika 1/2 Ironman in 95 degree weather - double wow!!
Tuesday and Thursday run groups had fun finding controls in a Woodland Park orienteering.
