Consistency in Training

Now that we have figured out what our goals are for this year, it is time to get on a regular training schedule and stay committed to those goals. Write your workouts in your calendar and make them a priority.

If you haven't signed up for your race(s) yet, do it soon. Many races close early, don't miss out.

The days are getting longer, spring is in the air.... and it will be rainy for a few more months. Remember clothing choice makes you happy or miserable.
