Amazing, Christmas Music already playing the the local Starbucks - before Thanksgiving! In the Seattle area, Thanksgiving means more than just eating and drinking, it is race time for many of us. Only 10 more days for the starting gun to go off. So far we have had amazing training weather and last week there was a wind-free Alki workout - amazing.

Sharon on her New York Marathon finish! And to
Lisa, Barb, S, Helen and Liz on their RNR 1/2 Marathon in Savannah, GA. It was a beautiful 65 degrees and a fast course. Helen ran a PR!!!
