Margaret's Way Hike, 1/2 Marathon, Henna Party and More
A lot has been happening in Seattle with our team. Halloween birthday run celebration for Alyson and Martha, a 1/2 marathon in Kirkland along Lake Washington Blvd for Cheryl and Deb, a 1/2 in Joshua Tree for Carrie, shoes galore and henna Party at the Super Jock N Jill sale and many more fun training workouts along the way

Fall Colors are Fabulously Cheerful
Congratulations to Deb and Cheryl (and the family) at the Long Beach 1/2 Marathon and Stacey and Cris at the Portland 1/2 Marathon. The races were on October 8th and everyone did well.
Seattle is alive with colors now and we are enjoying biking and running in the beauty.
Next up: Lake Washington 1/2 Marathon next week for Deb and Cheryl and the Thanksgiving weekend 1/2's coming up in a month!

Poo Poo Point and Start of the Fall Race Season
We had a fabulous hike at Tiger Mtn up too Poo Poo Point. Mix bag with the weather, perfect temps though. Very little drizzle and the sun even came out at the end. Great northwest forest, many ferns, big trees and huge devils club! New pit toilets at the top - very cool with hand sanitizer too.

Fall Hiking and Run Group Sarts
We had a fabulous hike to Kendall Katwalk on Saturday. It was a tad bit smokey so the views were good, but not the usual crystal clear!
The Sunday group has started, training for fall 1/2 marathon and 10 km races (or not). Great fun running and walking with all our buddies again.
Niki and Sandra had great rides on the High Pass challenge. Until now our biking team has been able to still get out there and have fun. Including a birthday ride with a Starbucks stop.
