Taylor Mtn and Other Fun Activities

The last week Sunday run/walk group started out with the downtown views from Gas Works, then went on to visit the last of the cherry trees on the UW campus.

Today was an active bike and hike day. Taylor Mtn was awesome, many spring flowers, mossy trees and a few lovely flowing streams. Oh and quite a bit of mud too!!

Middle Tiger Mountain Hike

We had a great hike today up at Tiger Mountain, first time on this part of Tiger for all of us. Fun day, a little drizzly and some wind, but not bad.

Fun Fit Forever in New Zealand

Training is going well for everyone and there are many spring time events happening to keep things interesting. Some photos from our various activities.

Congratulations to the finishers of the Lake Sammamish 1/2 Marathons. Everyone ran well and had fun, even if it was freezing at the start, it didn't take too long to warm-up!
