Hello all
It's been a while since I've caught up. So much has happened over the last months. As the crisis worsened, classes and groups kept getting canceled.
Everyone seems to be doing a good job of staying at home, social distancing and getting some exercise in.
As you probably know the Tuesday strength class is canceled replaced by two on-line classes. The 3 run groups are not meeting, but I send routes out to people to do on their own. Of course the gym is closed so no spin and core classes there. All our biking buddies are keeping the number of riders to 3 and keeping a good distance between riders.
I try to keep everyone connected through writing emails on who does what during the week. I will be keeping the blog up a little more now, so please send photos from your workouts and stories about the fun you have been having!
