Rattlesnake Mountain Hike
What a day for a hike, blue skies, snow, great views, wildflowers and birds. One way hike from Rattlesnake Lake, up to the middle and upper Rattlesnake Ledges, then along the ridge of Rattlesnake Mountain to Snoqualmie Point Park. Awesome.

Flowers everywhere
Lots happening the last few weeks. Ann and Karen busted some butt at the Wenatchee 1/2 Marathon and placed well in their age groups.
It was raining a bit this month, hence the beautiful flowers at Volunteer Park and Magnuson Beach. Heidi made a trip to the tulip fields and some of us had an awesome bike ride to Snohomish and almost missed the downpour.
Next weekend is big race weekend with Tacoma, Flying Pigs, Vancouver BC and Cinco de Mayo on the radar.

Races and a Party
A great big congratulations to out Paris Marathon finishers. You guys ROCK Carrie, Laura and Sharon!!!!
And congratulations also to Lisa and Patty who ran the San Fransisco RNR 1/2, cool selfie at the finish!! And it was Patty's first 1/2, now she is a believer and we will see her at more races for sure.
And then there was the big party. Nothing like a running bachelorette party through the streets of Seattle. Plenty of photo ops and amazing views/sights/stops, including a quick trip to Fran's Chocolates. Yum!

Hike, Stairs, Marathons and a Party
Well it is a busy time of the year and not just for working out and races, but lots of travel and parties too.
-Tomorrow Carrie and Laura are running the Paris Marathon - toi, toi toi, good luck to them.
-Tuesday is Martha's bachelorette run party, look for photos later in the week.
- Flowers are out, so are allergies, but that doesn't stop us from a fun stair workout.
- Hike to Wallace Lake via the Wallace Falls from the State Park in Gold Bar off of Hwy 2.
