Wildlife and races

There has been some great wildlife viewing during our workouts. We have seen eagles, owls, hawks, great blue heron, osprey, rabbits, otters and more... (not counting all the cows and horses)

Next weekend Laura and Arturo have the Seafair olympic triathlon.
Troika 1/2 ironman coming up in a couple of weeks too.
