The days are getting longer and spring is getting near, now's the time to set goals for this coming year.
Whether your goal is to enter a race, do an event, try something new or just get/stay fit, no better time like the present to make a plan. To help follow through, tell your friends and family what you are planning, write your workouts on your calendar or join a group/gather workout pals to keep you motivated and consistent.
